At MK Furniture Factory, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we take full responsibility and will replace it with a new one.
Return & Replacement Policy
We have a 7-day return and replacement policy, which means you must contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Product must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase or order number

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- A wrong product
Contact us immediately with proof (photos/videos). After verification, we will send you a replacement product without extra charges.
We are responsible for ensuring your order reaches you safely and correctly.
No Cash Refund Policy
We do not offer direct cash refunds.
In approved cases, customers will receive:
- A replacement product, or
- Store credit/exchange (if applicable)
Refunds to bank accounts, cards, Easypaisa, or JazzCash are not provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Sale or discounted products
- Gift cards
- Products damaged due to misuse by the customer
Return Shipping
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
If the issue is from our side (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will guide you through the return/replacement process.
